Is there a reason not to just fold the impact screen over the top, sew it down and hang it over a cable or rod?

You can try mounting the screen through pockets using aircraft cable, but we find that it is hard to get the screen taught and smooth. We do not suggest wrapping around pipes as that can be very dangerous if a ball hits the pipe and rebounds back at you. The other problem with these methods is that the screen gets pulled very tight without the ability to stretch which means a high bounce-back and lower life span.
